The great room

Two-story windows, exposed beams and a brick fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen has an island that seats five, and the table seats the whole group. A large front deck looks over the woods and the trail.

Lower-level den: Suede sofas around a coffee table, TV, clerestory windows, pine paneling, bookshelf

A lower-level den is a second living room. The ski room has benches and racks.

The snowy drive up to the A-frame through birch and hemlock.

Walk out the front door, clip in and ski to the Skyeship Gondola.

Ski home from nearly any lift. In the warmer months, Great Eastern is a hiking trail from the front door.
