- Heating A forced air furnace heats the chalet and auxiliary electric baseboard heaters on lower level. Please turn thermostat to 60 degrees upon departure.
- Water – The chalet uses an in-ground pump and a deep well. The water pressure may vary during your stay. Also for the best drinking water, please use the Britta filter pitcher that is kept in the refrigerator. The well water has no chemicals and is safe to drink. Occasionally some natural minerals may be present.
- Septic – The chalet uses a large septic system which functions by decomposing organic material.
